My AC condenser went out and the temp in the house quickly went up to 93. I contacted HVAC ONE  from a Facebook Ad in the evening and spoke with Luis. He was very helpful and he personally came out the next morning and provided honest and friendly advice. My unit was 17 yrs old and in pretty bad shape. It needed a new fan motor, maybe capacitor, coil in attic was old. Not sure what else. Whatever cost to repair it would not have been worth it as it is still almost 20 yrs old. I got tired of throwing away money on an old inefficient unit. I had been thinking about replacing the old deteriorating ductwork as well. He worked hard to give me the best price, which I really appreciated during this time.
Luis and his awesome team of technicians came out early the following morning and installed a brand new Carrier condenser, evaporator coil, plenum, new ductwork in the attic, return air duct, and a digital programmable thermostat. The house cooled and it was a dramatic difference from before. I thanked him for helping me and my family during this time. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the work and that it was done right. This was the best genuine customer service experience I've had in a long long time. A solid company.
